What a week at the shitfest, as we affectionately call the list of the Top 20 Worst Scottish Singles. Andy Stewart is no longer in the Top 20! Ra Minds retake the silver medal position and look out for our Jock ’n’ Roll friend Mike McConnell’s take on Jim Kerr's eulogy to Belfast on our Featured Voter page. Funny, yet still full of absolute loathing. Nice one Mike. Hope the anger management classes are going well.
We thought you were all bored with Sandi Thom when she dropped to number 9 a few weeks ago but she’s back and definitely worth being annoyed by. Owen Paul makes a Top 10 (for the first time since 1986) by jumping ten places and Sheen’s back too. Yes, the most Californian woman ever to have come out of Lanarkshire and her ode to domestic drudgery and stereotypical gender roles has been voted definitively pish.
And there’s no feckin’ way that Clare Grogan EVER made a record worse than Neil Reid. Hang your heads in shame.
