PRS looks for bands to perform at Fringe Sunday

PRS are looking for new bands and solo acts to apply to perform their own music on the PRS New Music Stage at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe on Fringe Sunday in August.
Eight bands or solo acts will be selected by a panel of music industry experts to perform their own music on the PRS New Music Stage.
Fringe Sunday is the family day of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and annually attracts over 200,000 visitors.

Many of the bands have enjoyed considerable success since their performances on the PRS New Music Stage since its launch in 2002 including The Noel Prior band and Hoboken.
Xfm Radio are promoting the PRS New Music stage for the second year running. Finalists tracks will be aired on Xfm in the lead up to the event and on the day Xfm presenter Jim Gellatly will present the performances.

PRS will provide up to £100 to each band or solo act to cover expenses.

Applications are welcome from all genres of music and from any country. To enter applicants must complete the online form and submit URL (web address) links to sample tracks.
