That's awfully unfair you old muso-snobs.

I liked what I heard on record a few months back. I was more than convinced when myself and Mrs Villain saw them live at the Barfly in Glasgow.

visit www.thevinylvillain.blogspot.com of 23 October 2006 for a full review of what was a quite astonishing gig......

I'm not saying they're earth-shatteringly different. But they are a fantastic, energetic and hugely enjoyable band.

Best thing to some out of Dun-Day since Billy Mac....

I like "Same Jeans" but it does sound like Brimful of Asha meets, well, something I can't quite work out yet. Good luck to them.

And I said somwhere else, the pre-Norman Cook 'Brimful Of Asha' sounds like Jonathan Richman's 'Roadrunner'.....
