That's awfully unfair you old muso-snobs.
I liked what I heard on record a few months back. I was more than convinced when myself and Mrs Villain saw them live at the Barfly in Glasgow.

I'm not saying they're earth-shatteringly different. But they are a fantastic, energetic and hugely enjoyable band.

And I said somwhere else, the pre-Norman Cook 'Brimful Of Asha' sounds like Jonathan Richman's 'Roadrunner'.....
